Here you will find some quick refs on how to manage your Divine Knockout account!

I want to change my In-Game Name, how do I do that?

Your In-Game Name is pulled from your Display Name that you have set on your primary account. For example, if your Xbox Live account is set as your Primary, your in-game name will be your Xbox Gamertag.

In order to change your In-Game name, you will have to follow the platform-specific process for changing your display name on your Primary Account. This change may take a short while to update on your account linking page, but will update in-game immediately.

I no longer have access to the email associated with my account, can I change it?

You sure can! The email associated with your account will be pulled from your linked accounts, but if you would like to update this, you can submit a ticket on https://intercom.help/hi-rez-studios/en/ and one of our Support Agents will be able to change your preferred email for you.

I would like to permanently delete my Divine Knockout account, what do I do?

We're so sorry to be losing you, but we will certainly be able to assist you in the permanent deletion of your account data. To submit a GDPR Account Deletion request, please follow the following steps:

  • Go to https://intercom.help/hi-rez-studios/en/ and be sure to include in your subject line "Account Deletion".

  • Please include in the body of your ticket as much identifying information regarding your account as you can provide. This can be your Display Name of your Primary account, the email associated with your account, your public-facing IP address, etc.

  • Once you have been verified as the owner of your account and your final confirmation is given to permanently delete the account, your account and all of it's associated game data will be deleted within 24 hours.

Deleting your account will not affect any game data that may be processed in the future should you choose to use our services again after the deletion is completed.
