Appealing your Ban

Certain permanent bans may be attempted to be appealed under the correct circumstances.

If your Hi-Rez account has been permanently banned and a period of 18 months has passed since the time of your final offense, you may attempt to appeal your ban. Temporary suspensions may not be appealed, it is not possible to shorten or remove a Hi-Rez account's temporary suspension.

To attempt to appeal your ban, please submit a ticket athttps://hirezstudios.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/newdetailing the circumstances of your ban and your Hi-Rez account details.

Submitting a ban appeal to our Customer Support Team does not guarantee that your ban will be lifted, all suspensions and bans are at the discretion of the HiRez staff.

Please be aware that if your account was found to be in violation of the EULA and section 4d of the Terms of Use for using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party technology, software, tools or content designed to modify the Software Product, the Service or Site or if you were banned for making fraudulent purchases, your ban ispermanentandfinal- it may not be appealed.
